How To Order

Placing your order on Decorette is easy! We are a full-fledged online store so you can place your orders online via our webstore and we will mail out your order to you. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place orders for our wall decals online. If you have troubles using our online checkout system, you are welcome to contact us with your order.

1. Start by browsing our online catalogue using the Shop Categories shown on the left, or the links found on our Shop homepage.

2. Click on the name or picture of the decal to view item details.

3. Once in the item detail page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to select the colour, size, quantity (and any other options if required) and click on the green "Add to Cart" button to purchase.

4. Continue the above steps until all the items you want to purchase have been added to your cart.

5. When you have finished adding all the items to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button found on the top of the page to proceed to checkout. On this page, you can review the quantities or delete items as required. When you are ready to proceed through the checkout process, click on the "Checkout" link.

6. If you are an existing customer, you will be required to log in. If you are a new customer, please fill in your information to register for an account.

7. You will be taken through a step-by-step process to complete your order, including selecting your delivery method and payment option. We accept Bank Transfers (for Singapore buyers only) or Credit Card via Paypal (no Paypal account is required).

8. Once this is done, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your email (especially the junk/spam filter) to ensure you receive this as we will email you again to let you know once your order has been dispatched.
