Applying our decals is a quick and easy process! Here's a simple step-by-step guide on how to apply our decals to your surfaces - our decals will look painted onto your surfaces (sssh no one will be able to tell it's a sticker!) as there is no other transparent back or top layer left behind, just a beautiful decal design on your walls!
Our designs are pre-spaced and is made up of 3 layers, with the decal sandwiched between the backing paper (bottom) and an application tape layered over the top to help transfer your decal to the surface as a whole.
Step 1: Clean your surface It is important that your surface is completely free from dirt and dust to avoid trapping particles between the decal and the surface. This will help to ensure that the decal can achieve maximum grip and stick onto your surface completely.

Step 2: Remove Backing Paper Turn the decal over so the backing paper (with grids on back) is facing upwards. Gently peel away the backing layer, while ensuring all parts of the decal have transferred to the application layer (i.e. exposing the sticky side of the decal). If the decal is still attached to the backing paper, simply press down again to transfer to the application tape and try peeling away the backing paper at a different angle. Tip: Do this process slowly to avoid accidentally tearing the decal in case some parts are still attached to the backing paper.

Step 3: Position Decal With all the backing paper removed and the entire decal transferred to the application tape, hold up your decal to position it on your surface.

Step 4: Squeegee Decal Firmly When sure of position, squeegee^ the decal down onto your surface in firm and swift outward motions. i.e. start from the centre of the decal and press down and out towards the edges of the decal. ^Use an item like your credit card (must have straight and hard edges) as a squeegee to smoothen your decal down firmly and to avoid trapping air bubbles.
