Returns Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction with our products.

Should you receive our products with a production defect (such as torn corners or cuts), do alert us within 7 days of receipt together with supporting photos and your purchase order details. You may email the details directly to us via our enquiry form.

We will gladly do a 1-to-1 same-item replacement with delivery charges (Singapore addresses only) on us.

For international orders, buyers will have to take on shipping and handling fees for the return.

Items returned should still be in original condition and not show signs of having been used.

Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that Decorette does not accept responsibility or entertain refund/exchange requests for:

• Wrong design/product purchased

• Wrong colour choices made during the purchase

• Wrong specifications provided to us for custom design projects

• Application/installation to unsuitable surfaces as spelt out under “What kind of surfaces are UNSUITABLE for decals?” on our FAQ page.

• Damage to decals during installation on your own

• Consequences that are not of Decorette’s actions

• Consequences that are due to critical information not initially made known to Decorette
